The main focus of these pages is on the activities of No. 99 Squadron RAF during the wartime period of 1939 to 1945.  I’m now aiming at extending this period to the pre-war years, the immediate post war years (where are all the Lyneham 99ers?) and also to include some items on the reformed 99 Squadron operating out of Brize Norton..

Welcome to the 99 Squadron  Bomber Veterans’ Group  and the 99 Squadron Association web site.

For the moment, though, the main focus is on World War 2.   There’s a large amount of material available, far more than can be placed on the site, and it’s my intention to make as much of it as possible available to all, whether ex-99ers, their families, friends, or just those who are interested.

If there’s anything more you’d like to see on site, or want to find out more about 99, then please feel free to contact me.  If I can’t help, then I probably know someone who can.  Meanwhile, I hope you enjoy what you find in these pages.
